Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with no signs of wear & tear. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • All sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Car freshies
  • Accessories (hats, purses, etc.)
  • Jewelry

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request

    • Email [your email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • If the item is damaged or defective, include photos for review within 2 days of receiving your order.

    • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.
  2. Ship Your Return

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
    • Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number for reference.
  3. Processing Your Return

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.
    • Approved returns will receive store credit via email.

Exchanges

If you need a different size and it’s still available, we are happy to offer an exchange. If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
